Michael Hooper

Driver of the River City Rally #423. Hooper has established himself as one of the quickest 2WD rally drivers in America, taking the 2018 Rally America 2-Wheel Drive championship as part of RCR's best season to date. He'll be behind the wheel once again in 2019 for selected American Rally Association events.

Claudia Barbera-Pullen

One of the most respected and trusted co-drivers in America, Barbera-Pullen is the co-driver for the River City Rally #423. She has earned a number of class victories in her career, including last year's Lake Superior Performance Rally. She returns to the navigator's seat this March at 100 Acre Wood Rally.

Brian Katz

Katz pulls double duty for River City Rally as both engineer and social media specialist. But when he's not working on the car, he's in it: he made his debut as a co-driver for Hooper in 2018's Show-Me Rally, as the team finished fourth overall and won the Group 5 class, and won the Limited 2WD class in his debut as a driver at 2019's Missouri Ozark Rally.

Chris Flake

A brilliant engineer and the team's crew chief, Flake is a key part of River City Rally's successes. When he's not working on Beverly, the team's Lexus IS350, at major rally events across the United States, he can often be found on two wheels. A passionate motorcyclist, he competes himself in moto rally and enduro events.

Chris Leone

Leone is River City Rally's marketing director and responsible for the team's website. The former media director of Red Bull Global Rallycross, he has worked with many of North American rally's top sponsors, teams, and drivers. He is also responsible for written content on Jim Beaver's Down And Dirty Show website.
